I am a second year Computer Science Ph.D. student at Johns Hopkins University and a member of Michael Schatz' lab.

Before this, I spent 3 years at Driscoll's as a research associate in the molecular biology department. There, I developed an interest in genome assembly, specifically working on a variety of plant genome assembly projects.

Here at JHU, I am interested in leveraging the latest sequencing and bioinformatics technology, as well as developing software tools to solve interesting problems in genomics.
